What can I list?
Products and services, each with the details the AI needs to answer. You add and edit them from a phone-friendly page.
- A price. A fixed price, a "from" price, or price on request.
- Availability. In stock, limited or sold out for products. Available, limited slots or fully booked for services.
- Details. A description, a category and keywords.
- Photos. Photos per item, up to your plan's limit (see the table below).
How do I add many items at once?
Paste your items as lines of text, or upload a CSV file. You see a preview of every row before anything is added.
- Paste lines such as "Name - 12000 - in stock".
- Or upload a CSV file.
- Check the preview, then import.
What does the AI do with my list?
It reads your items live, so a change you make is what the next customer hears.
Quotes your price
Prices come from your list through code, never from the AI model's guess. It never agrees a price below the one you listed.
Shows photos
Item cards with photos on web chat, and up to three cover photos on WhatsApp.
Says when it is not listed
If a customer asks for something that is not listed, the AI says so and offers your team.
Records what customers want
With the Sales Agent on, wanted items are recorded against the lead and you are alerted.
Totals a quote
With the Sales Agent on, the AI totals fixed-price items into a quote on Professional and above.
Reads a customer's photo
The AI reads the photo and looks for a listed item that fits, going by your item names and details, not your item photos. When it is not sure, it asks the customer or offers your team.
How do I see what customers asked for that I do not list?
The Not found tab lists what customers asked for that is not in your list, with how often and when. Add an item from there when it is worth listing.
What does Offerings not do?
- It has no checkout, payment links or order records, and no automatic stock updates. Your team confirms with the customer and takes payment, and the AI does not say an order is placed or reserved.
- The AI reads the photo and looks for a listed item that fits, going by your item names and details, not your item photos. When it is not sure, it asks the customer or offers your team.
How many items can I list?
Every plan includes Offerings. These numbers are read live from our plans, and the pricing page has the prices. Enterprise plans are arranged with us: talk to us.

Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. Link your number in WhatsApp and the AI quotes from your list in your WhatsApp chats, sending up to three cover photos of an item.

What is Offerings?
Offerings is Luran's catalog of your products and services. You list each item with a price and its availability, and the AI answers customers from that list on web chat and WhatsApp.
Does the AI make up prices?
No. Prices come from your list through code, never from the AI model's guess, and the AI never agrees a price below the one you listed.
What if a customer asks for something I have not listed?
The AI says it is not listed and offers your team. What customers asked for that is not listed also appears in your Not found list, so you can add it.
Can the AI give a customer a quote?

Can customers pay or place an order through Luran?
